The
Process:

Your customers create their documents using any Windows based program that will allow them to print. Ex. WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Adobe PageMaker

You provide them with a free piece of H-Bar Enterprises, Inc. software that will allow them to save their document as a unique file type. Your printer will be able to print this file without having the same Windows based software or correct fonts.

Your customers send their file to our PRiNt Clearinghouse web server.

We will notify you by email when your customers' files arrive at the server and have been processed by our PRiNt Clearinghouse.

You can log onto our web site and print the file straight to your color laser printer!
You don't need to purchase any specialty software. All you need is Internet Explorer and a high-speed connection to the Internet.
Besides printing the documents, all you have to do is give your customers a free piece of software and our simple instructions for sending their files to our web server. You simply pay for each page you print!

Our process means no page layout work for you! Other digital printing processes leave the page layout work for you to complete. When laying out pages for digital printing, you'd need:

Software licenses for programs like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, and Adobe PageMaker. Purchasing a few of these software programs can quickly become expensive.

The same fonts that your customer used to create the document. If you don't have the font files, you'll have to get them.
Our process allows you to print without purchasing expensive software licenses for digital printing software! Some digital printing software can cost between $20,000.00 and $50,000.00.

Profit For Color Printing:
Using one of the free color laser printers available from Xerox and
Tektronix (www.freecolorprinters.com), your printing cost for color is about $0.0658 per 8.5" x 11" page. This cost includes toner, printer maintenance fees and the PRiNt Clearinghouse printing fee.
Even if you add 100% for your overhead expenses, and 15% for your profit, your retail charge per page would be $0.1415. Many retail copy shops offer color copies for as much as $1.00 per page. You could offer color printing for as little as $0.50 per sheet, beating your competition's price and still making a sizeable profit!

When you sign up for the PRiNt Clearinghouse service, you will receive a variety of training videos. You can watch these videos on your computer, as you use our software. Training topics include how to:

Install the required software on your computer.

Use the PRiNt Clearinghouse web site to print your customers' documents, books, calendars, and business cards.

Install printer drivers, and control and adjust printer settings.

Use the Windows operating system to manage your computer hard drive(s) and stored files.
NOTE: In order to hear the training videos, your computer must have a sound card and speakers.

High
Speed Internet Link:
Some files that you'll want to print will be very large, commonly 20 megabytes or larger. You'll need to download the files in order to print them. The faster your link to the Internet, the more quickly you'll be able to download those files.
In order to reduce the time spent waiting for a file to download so that you can print it, we recommend that you get a high-speed Internet link. A high-speed link is not required to use the PRiNt Clearinghouse services. But, a high-speed link will allow you to spend your time productively, instead of waiting for a file to download.
Look for businesses in your area that offer ISDN, DSL or Cable Modems.
